With any service from CITS you will get a FREE computer tune up. This involves checking the overall environment of your system, removal of nonessential files that will just slow your computer down to a crawl from internet surfing to the boot up, system defrag (if needed) and configuring your operating system start up for maximum speed.  (Normally Costs $50.00)

Most repairs are charged at the rate listed above unless specified.  We believe, this makes things clear cut and fair to you as the consumer. With our mobile service some repairs will need to come in for house repair. There will be no extra charge and the unit will be dropped off to you when done.

NOTE: If you need to cancel an appointment you made with use please call atleast 4 hours ahead or you will be charged a $25.00 trip fee.
